The view from the balcony was amazing, and the breakfast every morning was delicious and varied. The host was friendly, always giving us useful tips on how to enjoy our trip. We were also happy to get to experience a residential neighborhood, easy to get to by city bus or by taxi.

The stunning view from the hotel was the best thing about my stay. I also loved the warm hospitality and special breakfast offered by the owner. The hotel's convenient location was also great for my business trip needs.
While the hotel's location was great for my business needs, it was a bit far from the main downtown area. the lack of a proper parking space was a bit inconvenient.

The views from the rooftop and the balcony are absolutely stunning. You can enjoy panoramic vistas of the city and take great photos. the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and includes traditional food. You can also find a small garden with beautiful plants. the hosts are friendly and welcoming and can speak English fluently, making communication easy.
The location can be tiring as it is situated on a high area. the climb can be a challenge for some guests, but you can take a city bus or a taxi to relieve the strain.

The view from Upstairs Hotel was amazing. I could see the entire city from the rooftop, including the fine Trinity church. The owner, Manana, was kind and helpful, and her breakfasts were delicious. The room was clean, tidy, and well heated. Despite being a bit remote, the location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its warmth, hospitality, and fine panoramic views. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It's a pleasure to stay in this hotel. the location is wonderful, situated on a hill with panoramic views of the city that are unforgettable. the residential neighborhood is quiet and charming, with easy access to the center of everything by taxi or city bus. the rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need and the bathroom facilities are excellent. the service is outstanding, with the host taking care of everything to make your stay enjoyable. the breakfast is delicious, traditional Georgian food that you will love. the peaceful orchard is a nice touch.
The hotel is located a little far from the main tourist attractions, but the residential neighborhood is a unique experience.
